We conduct extensive background and security checks and provide a detailed report to our clients free of charge. Probity checks include: ministry of justice report to verify any criminal convictions or aliases; social media check; qualification verification; and directorships. We also make a recommendation for further background screening if there are ever any apparent areas of concern.
This is an additional service that we can provide if required. Psychometric assessments are particularly useful for high-risk or high security roles.
